It’s now easier than ever to get a medical card to purchase cannabis in Maine. See below for instructrions for Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts residents.

How to easily get a free medical card

To obtain a medical card, simply download the Spruce app, fill out the corresponding information and send them a message stating that you’d like to get your medical card through Nature’s Miracle. They will respond in the messaging center on spruce and set an appointment time. For any issues, please call or stop into our store; we’d be happy to help you!

  1. Must be 21 years or older.
  2. Must have a valid ID issued by the state of Maine.
  3. But **NO medical records** are required. (Although there is a spot in the Spruce form, it can be safely ignored)
  4. Medical cards are issued for whatever reason you wish to use cannabis. Examples are: pain, anxiety, sleep issues and other ailments that could benefit from the use of medical marijuana.
  5. After completing an interview, a temporary card is issued that you can immediately use in our shop.
  6. Nature’s Miracle of Maine is happy to pay for your relief clinic visit.
  7. And your permanent card will be mailed directly to Nature’s Miracle and should arrive no later than two weeks.
  • Maine Residents
  • Non-Maine Residents

To obtain a medical card as a Non-Maine resident, simply call before you come into our shop and we will schedule an appointment for you to speak to a medical professional. A few things about the process for non-Maine residents:

  1. Must be 21 years or older.
  2. Must have a valid ID issued by your state.
  3. If you’re from New Hampshire, you need a medical record and appropriate documentation from your physician. Examples being: an x-ray of an injury, medication info, or a doctor’s note.
  4. If you’re from Massachusetts, NO medical record is required.
  5. “Nature’s Miracle” can be used as a discount code.
  6. A temporary card will be emailed to you at the end of your appointment that you can immediately use in our shop, until your permanent card is sent to your home.
  7. Nature’s Miracle is happy to reimburse you with product from our shop, when you provide us with proof of payment
